Return and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no Cancellation of placed orders. Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases.

RETURN POLICY

  • There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE, except for Incorrect product is not sent as per your item.

  • The OrnazByRnR is an online e-commerce platform, jewelry store, and all items are double-checked before shipping.

  • In case of an Incorrect product received, customers are requested to write us a mail to ornazbyrr@gmail.com or WhatsApp or let us know on Instagram DM within 24 hours of the parcel received, with an image and order details.

  • It is mandatory to make a video while opening a sealed courier bag till the unboxing of the product.

  • After following the above rule, send us a clear image of an Incorrect product or any minor defect to avail of a return/refund.

  • Earring stems are bent purposefully in some cases, to avoid breakage which is not considered transit damage and not avail any return or refund on this issue.

  • There are very rare chances that during delivery, beads/pearls/stones may have fallen and fallen apart. Such things can be easily fixed with glue. In this case, there will be no refund or return availed.

  • Customers are requested to read the description before purchasing/placing the order.

 

If you are eligible to take a refund or replace the Damaged/Incorrect product, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the damaged/Incorrect product we will replace the order.

REFUND

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not on the basis of following the above rules. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
